The stance of the Trump government about illegal immigrants is well known to virtually everyone across the globe. The government is making an effort to identify and also deport these illegal immigrants. The article released by CNN; however, seem to be countering the effort and stand of the United States Government on the issue of illegal immigrants.

The article’s topic read”5 must-have apps for undocumented immigrants” this article has not gone down well with many Americans. They are of the opinion that CNN is helping the undocumented immigrants to pervade justice with such an article.
CNN stated that their intention is to “arm undocumented immigrants with knowledge, safety, and moral support.”
The article was written by Minyoung Park of the CNN. In the article, he mentioned up to 5 different apps, most of which are yet to be released, on how undocumented immigrants can remain in the country despite the government’s stance.
The first among the list of apps is called Notifica. The app will be designed to make it easy for any undocumented immigrant caught by the ICE to easily send encrypted message to at least 15 personal contacts on their mobile phones just by pressing a button on the app. The app is still being developed and yet to be released. News had it that up to 7,000 undocumented immigrants have already shown interest in the app.
Another app on the list given by Park is the Arrived. The app is designed to inform undocumented immigrant about latest news and updates on deportation process. The app will also give the undocumented immigrant English lesson and show them a map of sanctuary cities in America for the undocumented immigrant.
Another app on the list is the RedadAlertas. The app is yet to be released. However, it is designed to share crowdsourced data on all the immigration raids and checkpoints in America, thereby enabling undocumented immigrant to avoid these checkpoints successfully.
“Anyone in CNN’s audience knows which side they take on immigration, but this is the most obvious they’ve ever been,” said Tim Graham of Newsbusters.
